Individual Therapy

Individual Therapy

Individual therapy is a dedicated space that is entirely focused on you.

Not on what you should be doing, what others need from you, or how you are supposed to feel. Just on what is actually happening for you and what might help.

A lot of people come to therapy when something feels stuck. They may have a general sense that things are harder than they should be, or a specific pattern they keep running into in relationships, at work, or just internally. Sometimes they can name it clearly. Sometimes it is more of a feeling that something needs to shift.

Whatever brings you here, we start there.

My approach is collaborative and tailored to you. We pay attention to both what is happening in your thinking and what is happening in your body. We look at patterns, where they come from, and what might be getting in the way. And we work at a pace that feels useful rather than overwhelming.

Some people come with a specific goal. Others come because they want to understand themselves better or feel more settled in their lives. Most find that the work evolves as we go.

The therapeutic relationship matters here. Having a space where you can be honest, think out loud, and feel genuinely understood is not a small thing. For many people, it becomes one of the more meaningful parts of the process.

If you are wondering whether therapy might help, that is usually a good enough reason to find out.
